How It Works

Send us a message on Instagram with your ideas, inspiration photos, preferred colors, number of lilies, and any special details you would like.
2. Design Your Bloom With Us
We’ll discuss your vision with you personally and work through the details together. Feel free to send reference photos — the more we understand your vision, the better we can bring it to life.
3. Receive Your Custom Quote
Once the design is confirmed, we’ll give you the final price for your bouquet.
4. Receive Your Personal Discount Code
We’ll create a unique discount code specifically for your order. This code will reduce the $1,000 listed price to the custom price we agreed upon.
For example, if your agreed custom bouquet price is $150, your personal discount code will adjust this listing to $150 at checkout.
5. Purchase ONE Custom Bloom
Add ONE of this product to your cart, apply the discount code we provided, and make sure the final product price shown at checkout matches your agreed quote before completing payment.

Every BLOOM by Sophia bouquet is individually handmade.
Because of the handmade nature of our work, slight variations and small imperfections may occur. Flower shape, color, rhinestone placement, lace, wrapping, embellishments, and other details may vary slightly from photos or inspiration images.
Reference photos are used as inspiration rather than exact replicas. We’ll communicate with you carefully and do our best to capture the colors, style, details, and overall feeling you have in mind while creating something uniquely yours.
Please allow us to begin creating only after your design and payment have been confirmed.

Shipping & Returns
Each Bloom by Sophia bouquet is handmade and made to order especially for you.
Because every piece is individually crafted, please place your order at least 7 days in advance of the date you need it.
Please note that 7 days is the minimum lead time. More detailed or highly customized designs may require additional time.
Shipping/transit time may also vary depending on your location and the carrier, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Because our bouquets are custom-made and personalized for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
As every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, placement, and small decorative details are natural and are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
