Make It Yours
Choose your favorite color palette and petal style, then leave the little details to us. Small accent flowers, greenery, rhinestones, pearls, bows, stars, and other decorative elements may be added to complement your design at no additional charge.
Because every bouquet is individually designed, the placement and selection of decorative details may vary from the product photos.

Our large personalized leaves—with names, initials, dates, or short messages—are available separately as an add-on.
After You Order
Please DM us on Instagram within 5 days of placing your order with your order number, inspiration photos, and any additional special requests. We’ll personally confirm the design details with you before creating your bouquet.
If we do not hear from you within 5 days, we will create your bouquet freely based on the color palette and number of lilies selected in your order. All other design details, including embellishments, accent flowers, wrapping, and arrangement, will be chosen by us to best complement your bouquet.

Every Bloom by Sophia piece is handmade from start to finish. Small variations in shape, color, lace placement, rhinestones, and decorative details are a natural part of the handmade process, making every bouquet unique.
Shipping & Returns
Each Bloom by Sophia bouquet is handmade and made to order especially for you.
Because every piece is individually crafted, please place your order at least 7 days in advance of the date you need it.
Please note that 7 days is the minimum lead time. More detailed or highly customized designs may require additional time.
Shipping/transit time may also vary depending on your location and the carrier, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Because our bouquets are custom-made and personalized for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
As every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, placement, and small decorative details are natural and are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
